How do I purchase a book?
Browse the shop, open a book you like and choose Add to Cart. When you are ready, go to checkout, enter your details and pay securely.
What payment options are available?
Checkout is handled securely by Paystack. The payment options available to you are shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I download my ebook?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email you a personal download link for each book. Open the link and press the download button.
Can I download a book more than once?
Each link works for one completed download and expires after 7 days, so save the file as soon as it finishes. If something goes wrong, contact us with your order number and we will send a fresh link.
I did not receive my download email. What now?
Check your spam or junk folder first, and make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct. If it is still missing, contact us with your order number and we will resend it.
What file formats do you offer?
Our ebooks are delivered as PDF or EPUB files, which open on phones, tablets, computers and most e-readers.
Can I read my ebooks offline?
Yes. Once a book is downloaded you can read it offline on any device with a compatible reader app.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on digital products. Refunds are not issued for products that have already been downloaded and read. Contact us and we will review your request. Our Terms of Service explain the details.
How do your professional services work?
You submit a request, we review it and send a quote, and once you accept, you pay securely through Paystack. We then deliver a draft, handle revisions where applicable, and send the final document.
Can I order a single service instead of a bundle?
Yes. Every service can be requested on its own. Bundles simply group the services that work best together.
What if the service I need is not listed?
Contact us with what you have in mind. If it is something we can do, we will say so and agree on the details with you.
